OUR HISTORY
Aerospace Systems Inc. originally founded in Texas in 1989 by Franklin Cummins.
In May 2018, Aerospace Systems International was created as the operating entity.
ASI is a privately held company with over 200 years of experience in the aircraft design and certification services. Our team is available to assist you in the completion of your project. We believe in providing our customers the highest level of service and support in the industry.
In June 2025, Aero Team LLC was formed when Aerospace Systems International, LLC aquired Aeronautix, LLC and Aircerts, LLC DBA Aeronautix. All three companys are now Aero Team Companies. This Allows the Aero Team Companies to provide design engineering, Certification expertice, program management, ODA services and PMA services.
